Providing strategic and practical HR advice and guidance to business leaders, on all aspects of UK employment legislation and best practice. Specialised in interpreting and translating employment legislation and government guidelines for the HR needs of smaller businesses, to provide them with timely and relevant HR plans and information to ensure compliance.

Finding pragmatic and cost effective solutions to resolve staffing issues and problems, by developing good communications and long term relationships with clients, so that the needs of managers and their staff can be fully understood and practical ways forward can be negotiated without resorting to litigation.

All client projects are properly scoped, planned and budgeted to meet client requirements and expectations. Experienced in the setting-up, planning and co-ordinating of projects to meet complex project specifications, as well as liaising with senior managers to ensure actions are understood, implemented and evaluated.
