Course Overview
As you know, understanding your duties and responsibilities under the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015 (CDM15) is crucial to know what lies with you as a duty holder as well as what’s due to you by others. 

Our CDM courses provide you with a comprehensive overview of all the legal duty holders, their obligations, and how to meet them pragmatically and proportionately throughout the lifecycle of a project.
We’ll go through Pre Construction Information, contractor selection and the importance of checking H&S competency, the F10, the Construction Phase Plan, site monitoring, the H&S File and more. 

The legal duty holders:
– Client – both domestic and commercial
– Principal Designer 
– Designers
– Principal Contractor
– Contractors

Certification
Upon successful completion of the course you will receive a certificate.
It is recommended that a refresher for this course is completed every three years as a minimum.

Costs
The course is £60 + VAT per person, which includes registration, certification and refreshments (please note lunch is not included)
