This course will enable delegates to:

• Develop knowledge and understanding of planning and putting team members to work on site to improve quality and team performance 
• Plan work on site 
• Put team members to work effectively and efficiently, while developing staff and encouraging a team approach
• Improve the performance of a team in delivering to plan
• Understand the importance of quality management within the workplace

Discussion and delegate participation is required, and the exam must be passed in order to receive certification of the course.
