This course will enable delegates to:

• Develop knowledge and understanding of handling difficult situations regarding performance, discipline, conflict, stress and diversity
• Explore how to use assessment, active listening and feedback to manage the performance of team members on site
• Learn how to manage poor performance and discipline of team members on site
• Manage conflict on site, dealing with different roles 
• Identify and manage work-related stress
• Manage a diverse workforce

Discussion and delegate participation is required, and the exam must be passed in order to receive certification of the course.
