In April 2015, it is now certain that the Construction (Design & Management) Regs will be changing significantly. The majority of the changes relate to designers who will be required to incorporate the duties currently undertaken by CDM Co-Ordinators – and this will present major challenges to all sectors of the design fraternity (including contractors undertaking D&B).
